姚芝凤，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。主持黑龙江省高等教育教学改革项目1项，高教司协同育人项目2项，黑龙江省教育厅科研项目2项，横向课题1项，参与项目21项。发表第一作者学术论文15篇，其中SCI收录4篇、EI收录7篇。出版学术专著1部，教材2部。第一发明人授权发明专利2项，成果转化1项。
